Returns and Exchanges
You have 21 days from the day your order shipped to initiate a return. Merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original FIVE TRIBE packaging. Worn, scuffed, or damaged shoes cannot be returned for a refund. We recommend you try shoes on in clean, carpeted areas.
If our warehouse is unable to accept your return; the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different style or size please place a new order on our website for the shoes that you want. This will speed up getting your new shoes shipped fast, while we process your returned shoes.
You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.
How to make a return
Step One: Fill out the return portion of the form included in your original shipment with your order number and reason for return.
Step Two: Repackage your unworn merchandise in it original packaging. Please include the packing slip inside the return package
Step Three: Attach the enclosed prepaid freight return label to your package.
A refund will be issued for the purchase price. Credit will be provided to the original credit card account used to purchase.
Most credits are applied with 7 -10 business days of receipt of the returned item; allowing for processing and inspection time.
